New problems after the repair will be considered for relational warranty if qualified.   EBERSOLE ELECTRONICS is not responsible for shipping problems with carrier damage or loss. Please obtain proper insurance when shipping to avoid complications with this type of incident.   WARRANTY REPAIRS returned to EBERSOLE ELECTRONICS shall be communicated prior to shipping.
